Hi, Kim. Thanks for sharing the video. Yes, a small fisherman with a ten foot boat is heavily regulated and permitted. Yet the idiots in our government gave BP an environmental "waiver" and rush permit. Just more good ole government/business backscratching. I wonder if anyone will care about the people a year from now?
