Did I mention that I was taking a bit of a break from blogging to work on an e-book? Yes, it's true. I'll be back, soon...
I did overhear this today: "Don't make me go Social on you!" Have you ever "gone Social" on someone or some business? Why? Did it help you get a positive resolution?
This will come as a surprise, but I have a few times and have gotten very quick and usually favorable results. My all time favorite story though was last year before our annual Pig Roast..

Of course, going "social" on someone needs to be handled the same way you would handle it in person.
My most recent Going Social on someone was with a Merchant that sells Tires in Clemmins NC (hmm, did I disclose). I tweeted serious unhappiness over a customer service issue, after over 10 years of being a loyal customer, and I did'nt even get an email address or phone number to call. I have now completed my transfer of all service to another service provider. #wentSocialMediaFail - this time.
